Arden place has two absolute phenomenal employees. Amy and Kayla went above and beyond on our tour of this property. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents. Along the way we encountered a few of the residents and each of them had the nicest things to say about living at Arden place. They also made sure I knew how much they loved both of these employees for always fixing any issue if any. The amount of positivity that pours from this place is contagious. Thank you so much to Arden place for letting me have such an impacting tour. Thanks again Amy and Kayla.

I visited Arden Place apartments I was greeted by Ms. Kylia and she was very polite and very informative she answered all my questions, and I am ready to move forward with my application. After I toured the property, I met the Ms. Amy, she and Ms. Kylia made me feel at home and I am excited to move here in Jan.

Ms Amy showed me a 1 bedroom apartment and I really loved how nice she was when I asked questions about the apartment and the tour was great I recommend Arden places

I have lived here for four years , Management has changed three to four times . The last Management was awful 😖. Oh happy day , Amy and Kayla has made so many improvements in the short time they have been here 😀 . I love living here. Thank you Amy and Kayla.

Since Amy And Kayla Have Been In Office and issues or problems I’ve had they have tried to fix them to the best of their abilities. They have been adding amenities as well . They are absolutely amazing.

I am so excited to move into my apartment when I came in to tour the property I was showed a unit I absolutely loved. Ms. Amy told me they had just took the property over and to give her a few days to get me in the system and she would call me back, and she did just what she said and she was very professional, polite and very helpful. I am excited to move in my new place 😊

Newly remodeled apartments, very affordable, great management team. The apartments at Northcrest have been well kept a.d for $470 / month flr a one bed one bath, it's the best deal in town. I am the property manager at Northcrest and even though some of the negative comments may seem convincing, do not believe them. They are written by former residents that were either evicted or asked to leave for valid reasons. For every 1 negative comment I will send you 10 of very happy, content residents. You know, paying rent on time is a very, very simple rule to understand however when rent remains unpaid and a person expects to continue to live on a property without paying, eviction is inevitable If there is a valid complaint about the apartment, of course I am going to fix it, what I can't fix...is stupid. The apartments O manage are awesome. I love all of my residents and they love me. If you are looking for a quiet community to live in that is affordable and well kept, come by and let me show you Northcrest Apartments.
